Refund Policy

  • All the services are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
  • Cancellations will only be considered strictly on merit basis if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Post 24 hours of placing an order,no cancellation request will be entertained. 
  • The management reserves the right to determine the amount of Refund.
  • A minimum of 25% will be deducted for cancellation and refund.
  • Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the delivery process.
  • No claim whatsoever will be entertained after 60 days of placing an order.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • There shall absolutely be no refund for the services delivered.
  • All the services will be delivered via email ID registered with us at the time of placing an order.
